1. TVs must be
properly boxed to be insured. PDS can supply a box or TV Bag if needed.
2. PDS is not responsible for water leaks and any damaged caused by one. It's the customers role to make sure both locations are leak free.
3. Have All items properly protected in boxes or bags. Boxes filled and taped shut.

I acknowledge that packing, loading, transporting and unloading property creates certain risks to my property and my person. In particular, property can be broken, dropped, scraped, torn, scratched, lost, etc., including risks to carpets and hardwood flooring, as well as risk to and/or loss of personal items. I accept that PDS Moving does not insure "ready to assemble furniture”, previously damaged furniture,or furniture in deteriorating condition. TVs must be properly boxed/bagged to be insured. PDS Inc. does not move TVs without a box. PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES (PDS) INC.STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT YOU PERSONALLY MOVE VALUABLE PERSONAL OR FRAGILE ITEMS.
HOME APPLIANCE INSTALLATION I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, and subrogates, hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS PDS INC., its directors, officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for damages to my property or person resulting from PDS INC.'S NEGLIGENCE during the move or resulting from an improperly installed home appliance. I recognize it is my responsibility to ensure water lines are not leaking at both the original and final locations.
3RD FLOOR STAIR FEE: load and unload scenarios requiring repeated use of stairs over two flights will incur a $50 stair fee. The stair fee applies to situations not communicated by the customer.
ADDITIONAL LABOR/TRIP FEE: Fuel and time compensation as needed per PDS pricing found at pdsmoving.com. PDS has the right to add workers to the crew as needed.
INSURANCE: Standard insurance as defined by the industry covers .60 cents per pound per item. Damages will be repaired by our PDS repair team to the best of our ability. By bringing a claim, I agree to permit PDS Inc. any reasonable means to investigate my claim. I further acknowledge that PDS Inc. is not responsible for the contents of any box it did not pack, opened boxes and items that should be boxed or crated that I chose not to such as lamps, lampshades, pictures, decorations etc. Especially fragile items (antiques, glassware/china, valuable artwork etc.) must be packed in PDS Inc totes by its professionals to be insured. I agree PDS Inc.’s responsibility only extends to items while under its care and custody and responsibility terminates when PDS Inc. leaves the premises and/or after it loads and/or unloads my transportation. I agree PDS Inc. shall not be held responsible for normal wear and tear on my residence resulting from moving items, and I will hold PDS Inc. harmless for any floor damage or dirt. I agree that in certain situations, large, heavy items can not be moved into tight and narrow places without damage to the property (floors, walls, ceilings, etc.) and/or the item itself and I hold PDS Inc. harmless for such items.
